Saturday 65: Not funny…but still fun.

Oof. Today was a bit brutal. I’ve done some decent little rides over the past few weeks, but haven’t gone much over 50 in more than a month. That kind of thing works on one’s conditioning. Thrown in that I did nearly 4,000 feet of climbing (a lot for me — top 10 actually), and the legs are feeling it.

Still, we saw a lot of pretty cool stuff, and of course, got off the beaten path a few times, and even got to a new top speed of 43mph coming off of Viking Death Ship (the climb about 40 miles into the ride). Always an adventure. I definitely need to work on my conditioning and my weight though. It’s just getting harder to slog this gut up some of those hills…

Early morning road…

I just liked this valley very much.
A little help.
Odd art to find out in the country.
Obscure and out of the way…but they still want you to know the way to Seoul
I like old buildings.
Idyllic country scene
Dragon rides bike.
Beekeeping on the mountain. Going for the Acacia blooms all over the place.
