It’s been a couple of weeks. Too busy last weekend (plus it wan’t the best of weather), but today was good enough. And since it’s supposed to be single-digit cold over the next two mornings, this was the day to go. We didn’t want to do too much, so a simple out and back to Mirinae Catholic Shrine was the perfect route. Plus I threw in a few wrinkles, and we explored a trail on the banks of a nice little lake.
I certainly can’t deny it — it gets harder as it gets colder. The body’s stiffer. You feel like you’re gonna break something if you take a spill. But it’s still a lot of fun, great exercise, and even better conversation. I recommend getting out. Do it with a friend if you can…
