I mentioned David Foster Wallace recently because I’m going to attempt his book Infinite Jest shortly (after I finish Conrad’s Nostramo). And perhaps it’s because I may have searched for the book a few weeks ago that this speech popped up in my YouTube. I mean, it’s all Google, right?
So I gave it a listen and it’s absolutely fascinating. Wallace says so many things that have crossed my mind. So, of course, I recommend you listen to the whole thing. And think.
