I’ve given some thought to writing a short piece on route planning. Or maybe longer. There’s surprisingly a lot to say about it. I think there really is a bit of both science and art involved, and I’ve learned a lot over time.
I’ve looked over the routes I’ve done over the past five weeks, and I’ve covered a lot of area, somewhat intentionally. When I do an overlay on Google Earth of those rides, I see the areas I can fill in if I want some more variety. This is something I can work with. Unfortunately, I can’t do much more to the north until they open up Seoul again. But there are a couple of gaps that are giving me ideas for next Saturday
