
Well, I stepped on the scale this morning and saw the numbers “162” for the first time in memory. I mean, yeah, there was a time when I was 162 pounds, but only on my way to “bigger” things. And back then we didn’t have digital scales, so maybe I never really saw the actual number 162.
So there’s that. And why is it a milestone? Because on February 10th, when I started all of this stuff, I weighed 192 pounds. So 162 means I’ve lost 30 pounds in 127 days. Two more to go to get to my goal. And then what? Well, I don’t plan on going much lower. If it happens through a healthy diet and exercise, then cool. But I’m not gonna starve myself into nothingness.
Maybe I’ll celebrate with a pizza or something…
