The Mornings are still the Best

This morning I did my third BCFB of the year, and as usual, it was tremendous. I did the Dongtan Metopolis lap — a 22-mile ride that’s mostly flat. One of my regulars. I like the wide, empty roads of Dongtan at that time of the morning. It’s a nice city.

And of course, it’s after dinner and I’m tired right now. But I’m thinking that if the weather is right, maybe tomorrow?

An easy morning route
It’s interesting that the Metopolis is as tall as the 63-building in Seoul, which, when it opened in 1985, was the tallest building outside of North America
