Of course I’m tired. We really put in the work today — three monstrous climbs and a lot of time on the road. Always an adventure, but I’m worn out.
Ended up with five stories and the Wonju Monster — a huge Gingko just over the Gangwon Province border. And as much as I love pushing through to the end, once I realized that Yeoju has a Metro station and we decided to cut it off at 63 miles (just over 100km), I was incredibly satisfied. Outright happy. I know I could’ve finished, but it would’ve been a looooong day — a good two hours behind schedule.
But a great day nonetheless. Gonna sleep quite well tonight, that’s for sure…
