A few days ago I let you all know that one of the Brewers’ biggest problems this year was their awful uniforms. I couldn’t really put my finger on it until someone glancing at the game I was watching today said something that brought it all into focus for me…
And can someone tell me what this is all about? Is this some kind of “bricks of cheese” thing?
Don’t know about the bricks but when I see those colors associated with a big M I think Michigan football…at least there’s some solace in seeing the profile of the Leinenkugel maiden.
Nice to see the Talking Heads video again. Turns out someone was thinking in the 80s after all. Unfortunately Wisconsin isn’t “same as it ever was” This state has become hyperpolarized which doesn’t work well in a pandemic. Of course the whole country is heading that way so I guess I would have to leave the States all together to find greener pastures.
Maybe I’m just a little bitter over the whole Anti Mask movement. Why weren’t people screaming for my civil liberties when that officer wrote me the $10 ticket for not wearing a seat belt? Where were these people when that law was passed? $10 was 3 cases of Blatz, 4 cases of Fox Deluxe for crying out loud!
Just another indictment on our arrogant, entitled, backward society.
I was just thinking about the mask thing tonight along the same lines. If the state can force you to wear a seatbelt, they can force you to wear a mask. But more so. Seatbelts are for your own safety. Masks are for everyone’s.
